Our eSports practice area focuses on providing clientele with full service legal counsel including formation of corporate entities, labor and employment, immigration, advertising and promotion, copyright and trademark service, contract drafting and negotiation, licensing and distribution, and real estate acquisition and leasing.
Mr. Dillon also works on a variety of issues, including land use, environmental, real estate, and construction, and other regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Dillon focuses on assisting other lawyers in the firm on complex NEPA, CERCLA, CEQA, Subdivision Map Act, Planning and Zoning Law, Endangered Species Act, and other federal and state statutory schemes. He also engages in complex discovery and motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters
Mr. Dillon joined Gatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP after graduating from Loyola Law School in 2011. During law school, Mr. Dillon served on the Loyola Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Dillon clerked for the firm. He received his bachelor's degree in Geography/Environmental Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated in 2008. At UCLA, Mr. Dillon also minored in Public Affairs.
