Sara Keys joined Gatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP in 2023. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Keys graduated with a degree in biology and environmental science and pursued corresponding professional opportunities, which has provided her with a unique perspective and depth of understanding when navigating a variety of environmental law issues.
Ms. Keys graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law with a concentration in environmental and energy law in 2021. Prior to graduation, Ms. Keys interned for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, California’s Office of the Attorney General and the Energy Policy Initiatives Center at the University of San Diego, School of Law, where she conducted research on a variety of federal and state environmental statutes.
As a first-year associate, Ms. Keys assisted with complex business litigation matters and honed her civil procedure skills, thereby becoming proficient in diverse aspects of litigation.
Now working for Gatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP, Ms. Keys brings a blend of real-world experience and specialized scientific training that will assist the firm’s clients in transactional, advisory and litigation matters.
