Summary of Practice

Steve Tee joined Gatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP in 1994 and has been a partner of the firm since 2001. Mr. Tee represents private and public sector clients on a broad range of real property matters, including land use, airport, construction and environmental litigation matters.

Mr. Tee has handled a wide range of significant litigation matters through trial and appeal, including claims arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Hazardous Substance Account Act (HSAA), as well as inverse condemnation and construction-related actions. Mr. Tee also supports the firm's land use and environmental practice by assisting in environmental planning and litigation arising under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

Mr. Tee is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating given to lawyers. The rating means that the legal community has rated Mr. Tee's legal ability as very high, and has recognized his professional reliability, diligence, and faithful adherence to ethical standards.

Mr. Tee received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with honors, from the University of California, San Diego in 1991, and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994.
