Stephen F. Tee
Summary of PracticeSteve Tee joined Gatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP in 1994 and has been a partner of the firm since 2001. Mr. Tee represents private and public sector clients on a broad range of real property matters, including land use, airport, construction and environmental litigation matters.
Mr. Tee has handled a wide range of significant litigation matters through trial and appeal, including claims arising under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Hazardous Substance Account Act (HSAA), as well as inverse condemnation and construction-related actions. Mr. Tee also supports the firm's land use and environmental practice by assisting in environmental planning and litigation arising under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
